Dunedin exporting to the world and back again!
Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Escrow and Computer Room Design - Jargon aligned with businesses who really mean business ? however it's all just in a days work for the team at Standby Consulting.
The team who recently launched a new online presence are a perfect example of one of the many home grown gems who create unique innovative solutions and connect them to the rest of the world. Standby Consulting manage an international portfolio of clients who rely on them to keep their information and technology platforms safe in a world which at times can seem uncertain.
The Firebrand team has been working with Sam (often based in Dunedin) and Monique (based out of Dubai) to develop a fully custom designed website supported by our very own content management system (FirewebCMS). Rich in interactive features, the new website allows Standby Consulting to connect with their multi-national client base and dual navigation design provides clever functionality to manage the large amount of content required to keep stakeholders up to date with latest industry development.
Stage two looks exciting and is scheduled to include a secure login resource for clients and stakeholders to share information and remove any barriers presented with managing business across multiple platforms. Another future proofed initiative sure to provide a great return on investment for the team at Standby Consulting.

2012??.starts with a Bang!
Kaboom! 9th Jan was here and the majority of the Firebrand team returned from a couple of weeks worth of rest and relaxation. Suntans were glowing, white rims around the eyes from days of sunglass requirements and stories of fantastic New Year celebrations and music festival antics. It was though evident during our first Monday morning meeting that the time for holiday was over - projects with tight deliverables were again the focus and deliver we shall! And now it is already Feb 1st?
We have a very exciting mix bubbling away in the development schedule, with some key projects due for completion over the next month or so including:
- The launch of the 2012 Fringe Festival
- A new face for Fortune Theatre
- New property development in Mosgiel
- Your Favourite VW is getting a makeover
- We're brushing up on our Arabic to help launch a new site for a local iconic business who specialise in Disaster Recovery
- CRM Specialists Outreach are going nuts over their soon to be launched site and
- Mac the Miner is bringing Mining education to the masses?
Safe to say - no one in our office is bored, twiddling their thumbs or pondering the latest improvement in plastic recycling (although that is another very long discussion/blog).
We love our industry - we love delivering solutions way above our client's expectations - we would love to talk to you about how Firebrand can produce results for your business!
